Our Clinic Has Moved!
We are excited to officially announce that West Physical Therapy has moved from our original location inside Anytime Fitness in Victor to our new expanded clinic space located at:
10 S Main St, Suite 105
Victor, ID 83455
Important Access & Parking Instructions:
Our new clinic space is located in the back of the building and is not accessible directly from Main Street or Center Street storefront entrances.
Please use:
- The parking lot behind the building
- Ground-level access on the south side of the building
- Clinic entrance located directly adjacent to the rear parking area
Parking and ADA parking is available directly outside the clinic entrance for easy access.
We truly appreciate all of the support from our patients and community during this transition and growth process. We are incredibly excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing to help the Teton Valley community move, heal, recover, and perform at a higher level.
